The French Healthcare Booster Germany is an acceleration program to help French companies to know more about the German market, build a go-to-market strategy and develop their network and visibility. It is a three-stage program dedicated to companies in the healthcare sector (medtech – digital health and biotech).

The program is organized by Business France and supported by Bpifrance and accompanies a delegation of eight innovative French healthcare companies selected by a French-German selection commitee.

AGENDA

January 2022:

Call for applications and entries subject to evaluation by a Franco-German jury with expertise in the German healthcare market. Announcement of the winners: February 3, 2023

Mid-February 2023:

Individual coaching by Business France Germany’s healthcare experts: – Customized market diagnosis according to your expectations and needs, to adopt a coherent business strategy and action plan on the German market. – Implementation of a personalized commercial approach strategy.

April 2023:

Launch day with several masterclasses (presentation of the specificities of the German market, the challenges of the sector, regulatory training, financing, etc.). Franco-German networking cocktail with local healthcare industry players.

May 2023:

Commercial prospecting with regular progress reports. Organization of meetings over time, in an optimized way in person or by video. Progressive follow-ups of prospects according to the feedback obtained.

November 2023:

Final assessment of the returns of the prospection and delivery of a detailed deliverable on the exchanges with the prospects. Debriefing at the end of 2023 (during Medica or in December) to make an assessment of the mission with all the companies accompanied.
