Toutenkamion Group, a member of the French Healthcare Association, confirms its position as a world leader in the design and manufacture of customised mobile medical units, thanks to the positive results of projects carried out in Burkina Faso and Morocco.
Present in nearly 50 countries, Toutenkamion demonstrates the effectiveness of its solutions in improving access to healthcare internationally. In Burkina Faso, 15 mobile clinics have been delivered, in partnership with our FSE Group members, and deployed throughout the country.
Mobile clinics for women’s health in Burkina Faso
These clinics are equipped to perform a range of procedures, including mammograms and gynaecological check-ups. After only eight months of service, they have already had a significant impact on health:
- 2 million women encouraged to practice breast self-examination
- More than 105,000 cervical screenings performed
- 15,000 mammograms performed
These results demonstrate the power of the mobile approach to public health, providing free, direct and equitable access to screening, even in the most remote areas. The project also illustrates the success of a public-private partnership between Toutenkamion, FSE Group and ARCOA-BF, , showing that mobility can save lives.

Four mobile pharmacies to improve access to medicines in Morocco
Designed on Mercedes Sprinter 5T vehicles, these four mobile pharmacy units deployed in Morocco enable:
- Distributing essential medicines directly to villages and remote areas
- Providing professional and secure pharmaceutical care and maintaining close ties with patients
- Strengthening equity in access to healthcare, complementing existing permanent structures, by combating pharmaceutical deserts
