Ukraine Fund: As part of the collective effort to support the reconstruction of the Ukrainian healthcare system, the French Healthcare Association is proud to announce a new milestone: the delivery and installation of the first equipment by its members DMS Imaging, Dessintey, and C3 Médical.
the projects were proposed to the Ukrainian government and then approved as part of the support fund for critical infrastructure and priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy, co-chaired by the Directorate General of the Treasury and the Directorate General for Globalization, thanks to the support and coordination of the French Healthcare Association.P
These projects are part of the momentum initiated by the association, which is heavily involved in most initiatives to rebuild Ukraine’s healthcare system. This has enabled it to identify needs and propose solutions from its members, ranging from mobile units to telemedicine, radiology, and training. Through state partners such as French Healthcare, mobilizing industrial expertise, technological know-how, and political will, France is confirming its concrete solidarity with the Ukrainian people, particularly in terms of access to healthcare and health resilience.
Member companies are once again stepping up their strong support with the first actual deliveries since the announcements made at the collective pavilion brilliantly deployed at UCR 2025 in Rome:
Delivery of mobile radiology equipment by DMS Imaging for healthcare in Ukraine
A first batch of 12 mobile radiology units, designed and manufactured by DMS Imaging, is already benefiting several medical centers in the Kharkiv region.
This flagship project illustrates the French company’s commitment to providing concrete, operational solutions tailored to the constraints of the field. Compact, lightweight, and mounted on a motorized system, this equipment enables high-quality examinations to be performed, even in critical conditions. They are designed to ensure continuity of service in the event of a power outage, a major challenge for facilities in conflict-prone areas, and enable a wide range of radiological examinations with very high-quality images, thus meeting the needs of both hospitals and mobile units.
The first 12 pieces of equipment were therefore delivered and installed in healthcare facilities in Kharkiv, and Ukrainian medical teams also benefited from an on-site training program provided by the technical and clinical teams partnering with the DMS Imaging. This integrated approach—delivery, installation, training—aims to ensure rapid and sustainable autonomy for local structures, while strengthening operational skills in the field.
The delivery of the next batch, out of a total of ten planned, is already scheduled for September at the end of production, this time in another region of eastern Ukraine. This gradual, batch-by-batch rollout allows for smooth logistics and optimal support for beneficiaries.

“Rehab for Ukraine”: Dessintey shares its innovations for treating phantom limb syndrome
Dessintey also shipped eight crates containing innovative medical devices to equip two hospitals in Kiev as part of its “Rehab for Ukraine” initiative. By the end of August 2025, the Saint-Étienne-based SME specializing in the treatment of phantom limb syndrome plans to deliver to three other hospitals. These current and upcoming deliveries are concrete evidence of Dessintey’s commitment to contributing to post-amputation care and rehabilitation for war wounded.
By the end of 2025, 18 of the 45 contracted hospitals should already be equipped, each receiving four Dessintey devices: two Intensive Visual Simulation units for neurological rehabilitation “mirror therapies” and two guided self-rehabilitation platforms.

Telemedicine/Connected Health: C3 Medical completes delivery of first medical contact units in Ukraine
Two batches of 35 FMC (First Medical Contact) kits have just been delivered by C3 Médical: they will soon be handed over to the Ukrainian armed forces to strengthen their capacity to treat the wounded as close as possible to the front line.
These connected telemedicine stations will gradually enable patients close to the front line to consult general practitioners and specialists in towns and cities, thanks to more than 140 machines currently being deployed in the Chernihiv, Odessa, and Rivne regions.
The services will be fully operational in October, particularly after planned training periods, at the end of which military medical teams will be fully equipped to use these mobile telemedicine units in the field.
During the first week of training, the Ezdorovya team from the Ukrainian state-owned company Electronic Health was able to familiarize themselves with the equipment, test the solutions, and assess their ergonomics and ease of use. Practical workshops simulated real-world deployment conditions, leading to operational discussions, coordination issues, and long-term strategic thinking. The team will then take over to train medical staff, carry out implementation and post-installation testing of the equipment, and manage level 1 maintenance.
This is a concrete, structured, and vital contribution, initially intended for those on the front lines, as the areas most affected by the war have become medical deserts. A welcome initiative from C3M to improve access to healthcare across the country, using portable, mobile solutions equipped with robust, modular, and ready-to-use tools, even at low bandwidth.
“An extremely motivating project that should have a positive impact on the health of Ukrainian civilians and military personnel affected by Russian aggression. A true team effort carried out with the Treasury Department, the French Embassy, the French Healthcare Association, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, our e-health partner, and the health departments of the Oblasts of Odessa, Chernihiv, and Rivne”
Jérôme Soistier – CEO of C3 Médical
