Vatier is a multidisciplinary French law firm based in Paris. The firm devotes a large part of its practice to international cases, either assisting foreign clients with their operations in France, or acting on transnational transactions by coordinating all the foreign players involved.
The firm's HEALTH team is dedicated to providing legal support to all public and private players and operators in the health sector: health establishments and companies, manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, health professionals, health industry professionals, etc.
The firm's Health team has built up and developed a comprehensive, multidisciplinary legal offering covering all areas of :
- healthcare activities,
- health products,
- and healthcare professionals.
Aware of the far-reaching changes taking place in the sector, the Health team has invested heavily in the law relating to new technologies and established its position in the field of digital health at a very early stage.
The Health team also has a strong international presence, particularly on the African continent, to support projects in the health sector there. It has set up an AFRICA DESK dedicated to health law, based on a number of partnerships with six law firms in Abidjan, Bamako, Lomé, Luanda, Niamey and Yaoundé.
